However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us.
ATTENTION! The return amount will be reduced by the shipping cost - 15 euros for EU countries and 35 euros for the rest of the world.
This means that if you bought a product on our website from the U.S. for 100 euros, in case of a refund you will get 100 - 35 = 65 euros. Please note that.
If the purchase was made from an EU country, the refund for a 100 euro purchase will be 100 - 15 = 85 euro.
RETURNSAll returns must be postmarked within
fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESSTo return the product, contact us at cook-helper@onz.si. Please state the true reason for the return. This is important to us for statistics, to improve product features and does not affect our decision to refund you.
- Place the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged, please use a suitable box.
- Please pack the item so that the set will not be damaged during the return shipment. We will not be able to refund your money if the item arrives damaged. It is important to pack the items so that the set pieces do not damage each other during shipping.
- The item must be complete, without signs of use, stains or scratches. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return and refund your money.

REFUNDSAfter we receive your return and check the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange.
It takes 3 to 10 days to process your return or exchange from the date we receive the item. Refunds can take 1 to 5 days and depend on how you paid for the item. All payments are processed through PayPal.
EXCEPTIONS The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● one of the parts of the set has been damaged or used

DELIVERY POLICYLast updated June 01, 2023Despite the fact that we formally declare lower, the average delivery time around the world does not exceed 5-7 days.The goods are shipped within 1-5 working days after confirmation of receipt of payment.
If you have not paid for the goods using PayPal but to our bank account, we kindly ask you to inform us about it by e-mail.
The goods are shipped using the postal services DHL, GLS, UPS, DPD, FedEx or Slovenian Post.
Once sent, you will receive a tracking number for the parcel.
The delivery time varies from 2 to 14 days, depending on the destination country. In rare cases, such as pandemics, this period can be extended.
We are not responsible for the delivery time, only for timely delivery (handover to the postal service). However, if you cannot track your parcel or it has not arrived within 21 days, please contact us immediately to find a joint solution.
If the goods arrived in damaged or wrinkled packages, you should record this fact in the presence of a delivery staff (by documenting or using a video or photo recording). In this way we can avoid disputes about the safety of the goods in transit.
CUSTOMSOur company does business in the European Union, so there are no customs charges for recipients living in the EU. If you are living outside the EU, you may be obliged to pay customs duties for your country. Each country has a minimum amount that is tax exempt. All goods above this amount are taxable. Please consider this when placing your order.
