This product is so well designed for those of us with limited hand function. I haven’t even tested all of its features yet, but today I sliced sweet potatoes, jalapeños, and radishes more easily than i have been able to in years. I purchased a right angled knife but need both hands to grip it, which left me no way to hold food still for cutting. This board has several options for that which are well described above, and I am so excited about having the grater held securely in place so I can use both hands to grip whatever I’m grating.
My only issue is very minor: There needs to be some sort of cover over the spikes (which are perfect for slicing apples!) because they are dangerously pointy. I’m still trying to think of a DIY hack for that.
I know that the price of this item may make it inaccessible for some, but it is incredibly well made and sturdy, as well as being very thoughtfully designed and easy to use. It also arrived remarkably fast considering that it shipped from Slovenia.

My brother had a stroke, changing his life and daily his habits in ways we couldn't have imagined. He has always loved to cook and thought that was another things he had to abandon due to left side paralysis. This cutting board is so thoughtfully designed! It's sturdy (won't slide around while using it one handed), it's so functional, and its space saving while still being large enough to really use it. It looks like something chefs use, not like adaptive equipment, and that's a BIG DEAL. Yes there are studs for holding food that are sharp, but the last cutting board we tried used stainless steel nails to hold food! These spikes have a rounded top, still sharp enough for food but not as dangerous as nails. If you want to cover the studs, try cork or styrofoam. This cutting board will allow you or your loved ones to feel confident in the kitchen again. Worth-every-single-penny.

Bought this for my son (26) who just recently became an amputee. He lost a few fingers and part of his palm and will unfortunately lose the rest of his fingers due to an accident. He says this is a game changer for him since he likes his independence. He can cook, change a tire, and change a diaper one handed, now he can slice, dice, and butter his own bread. It is well made and sturdy.

This adaptive cutting board is a great assistance to me. With the use of one hand, this board enable me to prepare meal ingredients like I used to before I had 2 strokes limiting the use of a hand. I can now slice, cut, chop and peel again!

After a stroke, my left hand doesn’t work, but I have to cook for the whole family. I with my husband watched different sets, but this one aroused more confidence, since it was not made of plastic. Although the set is not cheap, we ordered it and are very happy The kit was delivered quickly, arrived in 4 days. The packaging is of course simple, but environmentally friendly, no plastic. Peeler is very convenient. Even children can use it. The set has a large grater. The grater attached and removed very conveniently and quickly and holds tight. Food holding clamps are also suitable for those who have very weak hands and have tremors. It is convenient to make sandwiches on the board for this there are special stops for holding bread. I am very pleased with the purchase.
